Shoe String productions presents Harrisons Half Hour which took over a year to make with a shitty camcorder , a few good friends and some merkins. Thanks to Pete Meads, Nicola Berry, Paul Miles, Kev & Mr & Mrs Harrison. Its like Anne Widecome with a sex drive.

  • Very good. Love your energy. I would say, you make it rather than the script - you're the star of it really. Particularly like the fortune teller character - you should totally run with that, comic monologues, you could even do it live. Keep it up - love people who just give it a go and get creative.

  • @BrownPaperPoet Thank you so much, i really needed to hear that right now. I was thinking of taking Gyps Cupa Tea on stage anyway, you have just confirmed to me its ok to do that now, thank you messenger, whoever you are. xxxx

  • Thanks for your comment, i really appreciate it. May I ask what you meant by "awkward comedy moments" on all the comedy on T.V please? x

  • Thanks for the lovely comment, i hope so , it would be my dream. Thanks again. xx

  • It's fun winding the beeb up on facebook isn't it! Enjoyed this a lot! Check out stuff out and let us know what you think! Do you do tour?

  • @yoginiclare I followed your link to Harrison's Half Hour from BBC Writers Room. I'm a writer too. Yeah do it, that character's really strong, also I would say that doing the Funny in 15 stuff is good practise for getting her really tight and smooth language wise, as there's little room for error.

  • @yoginiclare In lots of comedies now they just try to create really awkward situations between people. Makes me cringe rather than laugh. I think it was The Office that started it off. But your stuff is laugh out loud stuff. :)

  • @yoginiclare Cheerful comedy makes a refreshing change from all the 'awkward moments' comedy on TV. Keep it up!
