One of my favorite songs by one of the best songwriters in my lifetime. Elliott Smith struggled with depression his entire life. My heart breaks to think of the pain he must have been in in order to write some of the songs he wrote. This one is horribly tragic, but displays his genius in an extraordinary way.

Great job but I think it'd sound better if you didn't limit yourself to downstrtokes on the chord strumming. Sweet riffs though...
