Since i first saw the original Free Hugs video of Juan Mann I've been a huge fun of Free Hugging. I made this video with a friend some years ago in Cologne/Germany. Enjoy it !

It looses it's meaning as they search out people they want to hug. It's done a lot by emo kids over here, and the only ones they hug are other emo kids. The whole idea is let all the people see the lack of love in the world, and to spread that again.

how does it lose it's message by becoming more widespread?
since people just walk around with the signs and are not approaching people it also has an annoyance factor of zero.
i really can't see a problem here evildamian...

I think the more people join this campaign, the more persons will feel great and comfortable about it... perhaps it will make the world better at least for a few persons a day....

I really loved the entire "free hugs"-campaign when the guy from (I believe) Sydney did it. But it's becoming a bit of an overdose.
Here in the Netherlands, we celebrate our freedom the 5th of May, and last year about 10 different groups of people were walking around with the signs.
It's losing it's message.
