My E Pets 3D review - awful toy and website

Update - I got a full refund after filing a complaint with the BBB of California. If you are unhappy with the My e-pets toy that you purchased, file a complaint with the BBB in California, and ask the company to refund your full purchase price.

We got a unicorn for "My e-pets 3D", and found that it wouldn't work on the website. The site doesn't offer anything similar to the previous myepets.com. The new site www.myepets3d.com is not fully functional. You can't do anything online except wanter around a town (no store, no house to set up). I feel like the company has baited and switched. The package promised to let you play online with your pet, and you clearly cannot do that. Save your money and avoid this toy. It's not fun. It's not good. Buy a Webkinz instead. MGA Entertainment will not offer any kind of solution except to "wait". MGA Entertainment had horrible customer service and will not help to let us play with a unicorn. Avoid the Myepets 3d - it's one of the most disappointing toys. There is nothing to do at their website, and you cannot play online with your pet at this time.

I agree, it is a total waste of money. I downloaded the game and it does not function the way it is supposed to. It definitely has major problems. I do not recommend this toy to be used as it is advertised. The toy is cute to play with but that's all.

File a complaint with the BBB in California, as that is where they are located. I told them they had better get this working before Christmas, or they will have many disappointed kids on Christmas morning. And unfortunately, no one will know how terrible it is until the package is opened to get the secret code to use... terrible.

My mom found a original one at a thrift store for $0.99. And now I love it. But I do agree webkinz is better

I have 6 my e pets, 2 of them I didnt enter the code, but the rest of them are great! The only thing is, my cocker spaniel has a GERMAN SHEPERD colar

Yep... the website is VERY horrible and CLUNKY!!!! LOL...CLUNKY....

BESIDES, I HAVE THE NEW VERSION, YET IT IS SLOW. ONCE YOU COMPLETE ALL OF THE QUESTS ...... THAT'S IT!!!!

I just tried to call the number again today and it hangs up after I press 2 in the menu.... This is a rip off. I think we are going to take them back to Big Lots and buy a different toy :(
