they broke apart and most of them fell all the way to the ground and probably never made their way back up. I felt so bad over doing something like that just because of a dumb phobia of mine that it really helped to motivate me.
And since then, I've gradually been forcing myself to overcome it. No more itching or goosebumps, or having to look away from these triggers, just a tingling on my scalp sometimes.
If someone who has had it their entire life can do it, you guys can too. :3 Don't give up!

- combined with forcing myself to associate bubbles and holes with things that I actually like to show myself that it's not so bad, I'm almost over it!
I've also happened across experiences that have pushed me in the right direction. Like the time that I found a bunch of odd, tiny balls, clustered together in my backyard. My phobia kicked in and I had to poke it with a stick, when I did I found that they were a bunch of baby spiders all huddled together, and they were so weak that -

I found out just recently (surprisingly) that my twin sis used to do the exact same thing to our little brush toy. XD After talking about what irks us, I found that we've both had Trypophobia our entire lives. Thankfully, over the years, I've really diminished my "fears", and life has become less itchy. XD She seems to have it a bit worse than I. Through the sheer will of wanting to get over it -

@adelinesweetheart Hahaha, you're so cute. X) Trypophobia sucks. :( I'm almost entirely over mine though. :D I've had it my entire life (when I was 4 I had a little plastic toy brush that a bunch of tiny clustered holes AND bubbles all over it, and I used to scratch and scratch it, trying to destroy the little things, but it was plastic so it never worked. D: Eventually I couldn't take it anymore and threw it away somewhere). I feel so much better about it than I used to, mind over matter! > <9

I have a very severe trypophobia. Actually trypophobia is pretty common in Korea which is where I grew up in. I hear it's common in Japan too. But it's rare in America where I live now. So maybe it has something to do with ethnicity?

my parents always made fun of me because whenever I made easy mac as a kid and took it out of the microwave, I would literally run out of the kitchen screaming bloody murder. Clusters of holes on ANYTHING can throw me into the fetal position so fast.

this happened to me once. i took the bowl out of the microwave and screamed and everyone in the living room yelled back "what, is it too hot?" and i was like uhhh yeah that's it

I hope you know everything is consists of holes and cracks. Your hair, skin, nails, bed, blankets, are all made of holes and cracks. Nothing is hole or crack free.
