Brown v. EMA/ESA: U.S. Supreme Court Stops California from Playing Games with the First Amendment

An overview of the Brown v. EMA/ESA case, where in June of 2011 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled, striking down a 2005 California law that would have regulated the sale and rental of computer and video games. This session also explored the impact of the Court's decision and the next generation legal challenges for the video game industry.
