Let's Play Police Quest 1 VGA part 13: race against time

After the "phone break" of the last video, I get back to work. I need to gather enough evidence that Marvin Hoffman is a bad enough guy that he shouldn't be released on bail. Then I need to present that evidence to the judge and hope that he agrees and writes a no bail warrant.

I have to give him credit, Hoffman did say he'd be out in 15 minutes, and he certainly came close on fulfilling that promise.

I've noticed something over the past few videos where you "teleport" to skip the boring driving. One problem, and I'm not sure if it's just me, but everytime you do that, the rest of the video's audio is out of sync. Other than that, the game keeps me interested enough to semi-ignore it. More LP's!

@mrlemonlame I did notice the desync, and so after the first video where I used the technique, I tried to limit it to once per video.

Is it just me or does the snap shot of the judge make him look black while his in game view makes him look white.. :P

Haha, I hadn't noticed that. I wonder if there was a lack of communication between the background artist and portrait artist?

So the narcotics car is white Beretta? Like an downgraded white Ferrari Testarossa from MiamiVice... :D Maybe they towed that thing to the department after the drunkard had been jailed and sprayed some lines in it. Maybe 1989 maroon Honda's plates to make an perfect crime? :D
