  • These "rest" bars have patent dates stamped on the metal base. I've seen one as early as 1958. We need padded hydrolic lift chairs with lumbar support and beverage holders!

  • Yes! I call it my "Death Chair" !!

  • We are still using those same uncomfortable restbars to sort manual mail. Can't sit, can only lean against them.
