And how is it possible, that tha Cheat Engine is ALREADY "connected" to iw5mp.exe, when you did not launc the game jet?

For example when I open MW3 (steam) and hit ctrl+alt+del, and open the task manager... the MW3 automatically "jumps" on the top of the task manager so I can not reach the task manager behind it only if i hit the Windows icon key... and I can not make it into windowed mode with Alt+Enter... this seems to be my problem. The MW3 is prior to the Cheat Engine which is running in the background... how can I make them equal?
