I guess this is because the PC version is a port of the Wii version which cut down the execution's time. The censored PS2 version still has the original length of the two executions I mentioned. Everything else however is fully uncut and uncesnored on the PC version which is the best version out now.

I noticed that even though it's uncensored, the execution is still cut a bit down. On the PS2 version, Danny wrapped the cord around the guy's neck, dragged him a bit and then finally broke his neck by stepping on him. In this version, he wraps the cord and then it goes to him breaking his neck. I also noticed that the toilet execution in the club level removes Danny giving the dead perve a little kick after killing him. In the PC version, the kick is not done.
