The problem is we don't have too many choices of systems to run society and they all become corrupt eventually - as humans we get the system we deserve at the time. Most of humanity behave as if they are here on a day pass - someone else will pick up the trash - we haven't yet learnt how to deserve this amazing planet we inherited, never mind the governments. We need bigger hearts and less "wind and piss".

No, the liberal media killed the newspaper industry. They print stories they thought the people should know from an incorrect liberal viewpoint and the internet interjected and said - no more you lying bitches!

who wants to read junk? good literature still sells. Our education system has been in the hands of Liberal Progressives for the last 50 years - and yes it is broken. NCLB was going to give schools six years! to fix themselves then they would be closed. Throwing money at problems do not fix them. Just look at the Billions we have thrown at Education and how it has steadily gone downhill.
people are sick of the constant lies/falsehoods/manipulations of the mass media! There is no such thing as a country with a free press- it is only a free press to those that control one- the fat cat multi-billionaire media businessmen! They refuse to have a free press because they are lying/manipulating the people, after all if what they are selling you is the truth, why deny equal access- a free press? They have a vested self-financial interest in lying to the people as it is more profitable!!!

@kn9ioutom screw 'occupy wall street'!!! People are greedy fat pigs- who borrowed other peoples money then didn't pay it back- that's why we have a recession! If the people who borrowed it had paid it back, the institutions that were left holding the debt (triple A rated, incidentally), would not have been bankrupted! Full stop!
