No, your wrong, it should be a flat 10% but we will never see this. why? Because the ones that work for the government would have pay more than they are right now and they know it. They are the ones that get tax cuts all over the places working for the government. Make the ones that don't work for the government pay more is there thinking. Moore, gets big tax cuts than the poor and middle class do.

Unions aren't going away any time soon, that's for sure, workers aren't stupid enough to let that happen.

"Unions aren't going away"
I don't think anyone was arguing that. The point is unions exist in an effort to circumvent the market and get a group of individuals hirer wages than there labor demands. Eventually this system falls apart. You cant just get around market forces.
"tried to replace me with scabs"
Why would you be so upset about someone just trying to earn an honest wage? O i know because your a union member, trying to earn more than an honest wage,

Without unions bosses are able to make wages as low as possible, for everyone. Last Australia Day (January 26) people on the radio were asked what was the main things in our history that made Australia so good and most people said it was the unions. It's because unions fought for the 6 day and eventually the 38 hour 5 day week. We forced up the wages of this nation when employers wanted to keep them down. We played a major part in our universal subsidized health care. We made industry safer too.

I dont care what "people" said people are largely stupid. You also have done nothing to refute any of my arguments because you dont know how.

I don't care, I know I'm earning more than if I wasn't in the union and that is good for me. Just like the CEO's and board members of America's failed banks and auto manufacturers didn't mind their huge salaries and multi million dollar government/tax payer funded golden handshakes after they got sacked for running their companies into the ground. Capitalism the market and profit margins can all fuck off and so can you.

All you have proven is that you dont understand capitialism or even unions. You dont see your provides you with a wage you dont actually desevere and in the long run wont be sustainable. Nor do do understand capitalism is about serving the public. Nor do you understand capitism is not about tax payer bailouts that is the opposite. I guess ignorance is bliss.
