this is the second episode of my gilmore girls mini series Sorry it took so long to get this up! I couldn't find the right song! Oh, and sorry about how lame this is. I wanted to keep this one fairly simple since the last one was so complicated. And sorry for the really scattered explination
The basics : sepia tone young times Lindsay: young liz jess: young luke rory: young Lorelai dean: young chris
Lorelai comes home to find her old friend (and old boyfriend) in her kitchen. She hasn't seen him in a long time. He explains to her that he has gotten his life together with a new company. She is doubtful. They drive to lukes to eat and talk. When they get there Lorelai decides to talk to Luke about her melt down and is surprised by how simply the conversation comes. Back at her table chris keeps trying to cheer lorelai up. When luke comes to take their order feels a twinge of jelousy. Also she runs into her new friend kirk. She introduces kirk to chris. And even though chris thinks he's a little weird. He seems to like him. While there Lorelai runs into liz and they start talking normally. And liz shows her that she's engaged. Lorelai is extatic. But then liz tells Lorelai that she's still nor sure that they can be friends. Lorelai is hurt. She needs some fun. Enter chris. The two go to his daughters play at the school. During the play Lorelai remembers what chris was like as a kid. At the end of the play she cries while clapping for Gigi, because she is so proud that chris really got his life together. When they get back to luke's The two share a kiss. Luke gets jelous and decides to get some expert advice. Enter liz. Lorelai and chris later settle on that the kiss meant nothing and he leaves. Lorelai goes to luke's for a cup of coffee to feel less sad that he's gone,
