@prettyinholland they are also natural sugars. I would be a little careful with orange but carrots are extremely great for you. They are beneficial to your eye sight and all sorts of other things. Its a good sugar so i say yay!

By all means please let us know what juices you have. :)

I am looking forward to your juicing videos as it seems fascinating to me. Good luck on the journey! ~Anni~

Liferegenerator here on youtube is great when it comes to detoxing, juicing and support. Check this out: Juicer Recipes - Carrot Apple Kale Ginger Lemon.
Just copy and paste in the youtube search box :-)

Good luck girl! I recently did a mini juice fast (3 days) and it was really hard for me... gonna start another one soon I think and try to get past that 3 day hump because those are the worst days I'm sure. :) Looking forward to hearing about your progress :) Also someone mentioned just be wary of sugar loaded fruits.. I think I only did maybe one purely fruit juice in the 3 days I did it, but of course added 1 apple/lemon to green juices :)

Watch out not making your juces to sweet, don't juice more carrots than you can eat...just a couple, a couple of apples and a lt of celery, celery is yummi, some stocks of kale, spinach..yummmmmmm....you go, Goddess,

Sugar's not a bad thing if you're on a low fat lifestyle. I have type II diabetes and I can have TONS of fruit and fruit juices (fresh) without a problem with my glucose levels, IF I'm eating low fat. Of course I have fats in avocados and nuts but I keep them to a minimum. Your make up look awesome by the way. Good luck and have fun with it!

@amandapearl2 too much sugar will always raise your bloodsugar level and it's never good, it causes inflamation of the body. Believe me, I've learned it the hard way living for years as a vegan.

@prettyinholland yeah those have sugar, but it's not the same as white sugar in breads and junk food. Eating carrots and oranges will not hurt you in any way.

Congrats on starting your healthy path. Let us know how you're feeling when you're doing nothing but juicing for 10 days. I'm curious to hear about different experiences with that. Have a great New Year!
good luck! after you first mentioned juicing in a vid I looked up Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead and read a bunch about the benefits of juicing. I have been wanting to really commit and get healthy for a while now (not to mention get to a healthy weight), so my fiance got me a juicer for Christmas and I am hoping to start a week long juice fast on Jan 2, or the week after. I am so excited, we tried some juice the other night and it was really good so I can't wait to get started :)

@SarahBethany57 YAY!! We can all juice together! <3
I am doing a 10 day "Reboot." After the Reboot I may continue for a bit longer. We will see. I am really pumped about the whole idea :)
I think the 60 day thing is a bit crazy.... but who knows? hahaha

Be careful not to put too much sugar in your body: oranges and carrots are loaded with sugar.

@prettyinholland sugars are a concern for me. I need to find yummy veggie juices. I thought for my first juice ever, Carrot Orange was a good idea. It was fruity and veggie-y. I also read it was a great breakfast juice :)
If you know any awesome veggie juice recipes for a first timer please let me know <3
