This performance was recorded on the 26th of may 2008 at my examination of my third year of classical guitar (L3).
I played Francisco Tarréga's Lagrima at the auditorium from the academy for music and word in my hometown.
The recording was made by Marcel (a big thank you) but he was a little bit to late so he was seated at the last row.
The sound isn't that great because of the distance.
At the last repeat of the A part there's a disturbing sound of the elevator.
Someone didn't close the door so you hear some birds and......the elevator.
I will record it again at home and post it in a while around here.

I hope you like it and please share your comments.

My regards,

Bjorn.

But I don't have much time these days so maybe in a litlle while?

  • I like the way you showed patience, bringing a sense of overall calm to this piece. The tempo in my version is a bit quicker. That's what makes this piece so popular: Rather easy to play, and everyone has room to put their own "feel" into it!

  • at level 3 you should have it memorized.

  • Hey Bjorn,

you do a great job but I know what you mean to play for audience is hard :-)

I'm looking forward to see more great videos!

    Sarah :-)

  • Thank you Anders, my new tube friend;)

I also like your videos, you have a really nice channel.

I hope I find some time to record some new pieces soon.

Maybe with some better audio files because I'm in the search for a pocket recorder.

I'm considering to buy a zoom H2 but all options are still open for this moment.

    My regards,

    Bjorn.
