  • After seeing all 3 movies I cant say if these now men are innocent or guilty, besides its not for me or any other human being to judge them. In my OPINION I dont feel there was enough evidence to find them all guilty. I think that the jury had already made up there minds long before the trial was even over, because of the brutality & the victims where these 3 young innocent boys. But in my opinion I think the killer of these kids is still roaming free or has passed on taking this to the grave!

  • @suivauqaj Yep, the jury had definitely already made up their minds. I believe the WM3 are innocent, but regardless... juror misconduct fucked Damien/Jason's trial for sure.

  • I think he killed them. Especially after watching Paradise Lost.

  • @pnalan Have you seen PL3? The focus has been off Byers and on Terry Hobbs for several years now. I wouldn't be surprised if they are both involved, because I can't seem to make myself like or trust Byers. Hobbs fucked himself over in his own deposition when he tried to sue the Dixie Chicks.

  • @ikkfu i think he is too. its a disgrace that law enforcement wont even try to find the killer or killers. they owe it to those kids

  • @ghostwhiskey they owe it definitely to the kids and the families. What they did was a travesty and I don't appreciate it. As American people, we need to stand up for the Law is SUPPOSED to uphold, as oppose to what the Law TELLS US is the truth. We have to stop being lazy as hell and challenge the system that has sworn to protect us....and tremendously failed at it.

  • @xsunshinegirlie

    You'll see. Troll

  • TROLLS TROLLS TROLLS

No one is bothered with the lies and misinfo by these trolls. I will no long waste my time with them. They keep saying the same shit over and over ad nauseum. Jessie, Jason and Damien are free. Terry's trolls are running scared and it shows. HA HA . Toodles

  • @hollyzone HA. 3 family members with a grudge heard from other family members who heard from other family members that Terry Hobbs killed the boys?

OF COURSE! That makes so much more sense than Jessie Miskelley confessing to his own lawyer and recording the whole thing and recounting gruesome details and corroborating them with physical evidence, like his whiskey bottle.

What a load of crap. Typical supporter

  • At least Melissa Beyers knows who killed her son.

  • @pnalan The paradise Lost movies are excellent, but they don't tell the whole story, and its important to watch the third one.

    Mark Byers is innocent.

Instead, the evidence they found excludes the WM3 and links another stepparent to the crime scene.

  • @moparmonster1965 correct.....100% correct!

  • Normally, yes, it's a parent involved with a case like this, but while a case can be made against Terry Hobbs, it's never going to go anywhere because the WMPD won't ever admit that they fucked this case up as badly as they did.

  • They join the LAPD and the BPD (Boulder, CO) in demonstrating their ineptitude, but to admit it is not only to lose face, but to possibly open the floodgates for every case they've closed in the last 20 years to appeal. That alone would bankrupt the city and possibly the entire state.

  • I was hard-core into death metal at the time, and if they thought they had a good case against the WM3, what would they have thought of my long hair, my wardrobe, and my hundreds of thrash and death metal tapes, CDs, and albums? Carcass, Cannibal Corpse, and Deicide trump Metallica any day and I could've therefore just as easily been in the same boat. I guess that's part of the reason this case resonated with me then and now.

  • The other part is that I, as part of the criminal justice field, see an enormous misuse and outright abuse of the system and its legal powers. This was a kangaroo court if there ever was one.
