To me the best way that I thought it was faster to level up is simply do the dedicated achivement. In bronze i went to the last boss at level 50 in under 7 hours. Instead of grinding on the same spot I just ran and killed everything that was in my way. Silver wasn't very good, only got to level 75. But on gold was the same situation again a major level up up to 150. I know this wont help but this was my way of "grinding". P.S:. I had the full Armantin's Legacy

there is a quest in level 2, in one of the human town up north on the water. From there you take a ship portal to a small island. The Saber tooth comes in many colors. I got the white one dirt cheap 150k, then mint 300k and a red/black for really expensive like 400k. They do die if you don't pay attention when you fight.
