Streets of Midtown: Ponce & Boulevard Drug Transaction

Just for the record... the neighborhood watch knows who these dope boys are and just what they are up to. It's about time for them to get a little time out...

The buyer is the white male, who is said to have made contact with the drug dealer by way of the woman. The shorter one with dreadlocks, deeper in the alcove, is the dealer and the tall black male on the sidewalk is the lookout.

Notice at 0:51 that the dope boy puts the drugs back into his mouth.

It appeared that they caught on to being videotaped, and buyer, woman, and dealer rushed to a car parked in the Texaco parking lot to complete the transaction. After several minutes the car left the parking lot and headed east on Ponce, dropping the woman off at the Ponce Hotel.
