  • The whole getting married thing is full of sh....t It you love each other why would you need a paper to tell you this.. this will not keep you together history tells you this however you will not listen. It is so sad... first off men do not marry women women marry men that is why she takes on a mans last name. A Man's wife is his God not his women. A woman is to give her mind body and soul to her man.

  • Very VEry insightful review! I think you should extend the review and really back up the psychological issues and the reason why this film is necessary for the black community

  • What does it matter having real hair when it looks a hot mess? seriously?

  • Yes, Barbra Streisand in the movies

A Star Is Born and The Main Event, she sported a fro.

  • when my dad bought this on dvd i thought it was going to be boring but after i was done watching it i loved the movie.

  • madea is so funny . i dont understand why you hate her

  • what about showing the black man down. But I also enjoy the movie. One of the best black movies. If people pay attention you can see Mr. Perry is getting better at filmmaking.

  • Its a good thing to see a great movie that portrays black people as being successful especially showing black women holding the household down because that is more realistic that people may think. I'm use to white people giving black movies especially one which shows us in a good light a bad review, but it gets on my nerves to see a sister on tv putting down a movie as good as this one. Especially since this film showed a better side of black couples in general.

  • I loved Tyler Perry's latest movie. It is his best so far! No more Madea ever. Ditch the drag queen! "Sista Reviewer" visit a good hair dresser. The blonde afro ain't cutting it!
