Hana Sakura Transformation V2

This is a REMAKE of her transformation sequence. Since A certain some one won't read chapter 2 of FaCe ThE StRaNgE, I decided to work on and post this in the mean time. (C'MON MILES I WAAAANNNT CHAPTER 2 ALREADY! /rage /pesterpesterpester)
ANYWAYS, despite the fact that Hana Sakura is my LEAST FAVORITE CREATION OF ALL TIME, her transformation sequence needed the most work, since it was my first one done using photoshop. There are a few changes made since the original. Firstly, the design of the head piece is restored to it's original design. In the original transformation, I left out the gray band due to laziness and just kept the same pattern on the following two characters. I used less transitions to fabricate animation as well and tried a new approach on the hair-changing part. I could have done better with the neck-piece part. She looks kind of lifeless there and her neck is a bit dis-proportioned . Again, laziness. I didn't like drawing out that part either. Ooh look! New technique! Instead of filling her in with white like I did before, I had a rainbow-y sparkly pattern behind the legit background and just erased it where the drawing of Sakura was. I had a difficult time getting the right colors so I messed around with Hue and Saturation before ultimately redoing the whole pattern, which I then used to make the heart at the end pose. (speaking of "ultimately, I may have spelled it wrong in the video. Forgive my error c:) I'm actually proud of this one, even though I despise the character.
I may also remake Hana Violet another time. My shoulder hurts. Slim Tablet is the best thing I could ever have ever.

And now how Hana Girls came to be:

I was sitting in class when I was a freshman and I came up with three magical girls. They use the power of flowers to rid the world of waste, garbage and pollution. The colors to correspond with these three girls that I chose were pink, blue and yellow.
So with Hana Sakura ("hana" meaning "flower" in Japanese) I thought of only one flower at the time that is pink: cherry blossoms. Each characters' names are the same as the flower they represent. So here's Sakura. I actually despise the name so much because anyone who makes an anime character that's female will most likely name her Sakura. It's over-used and over-rated and therefore annoying.
Hana Sakura is also the group leader. As the rule goes, red/pink is always the leader. Examples: Powerpuff Girls, Power Rangers, Tokyo Mew Mew, Ojamajo Do Re Mi, basically any magical girl anime with a group, the first girl that gets her magical powers is most likely going to be wearing pink. Even Sailor Moon's favorite color is pink and is sometimes represented with that color, even though she doesn't wear it.
