X1: Hadouken/Fireball* (0:00-0:27)
X2: Shouryuken/Dragon Punch (0:27-0:58)
X3: Hyper Armor* (0:58-1:46)
X4: Ultimate Armor** (1:46-2:49)
X5: Ultimate Armor (2:49-3:33)
X5: Black Zero (3:33-4:33)

*I used the Mega Man X Collection to record gameplay, so the Hadouken voice was removed and X3 was the PS1 version.

**The Ultimate Armor in Mega Man X4 is obtainable anywhere except the Body Armor capsule (since a prerequisite is the Arm Upgrade).

@200XXXX200XXXX There really is no official name. The Bandai model kit calls the X3 armor "Max Armor", with its golden variation the "Hyper Special". So I just went with their name (I guess technically, it should be "Hyper Max Armor"). The name could've been derived from the fact that the Hyper Max Armor's Buster upgrade is called the "Hyper Charge".

The "Golden Armor" is the name fans called it. Although it's widely recognized, it's not official.

Where are X6, X7 and X8?

As I've already said before, this is for secret CAPSULES. X6 uses passwords, X7 doesn't have a secret armor at all, and X8 uses passwords/secret methods.

Only X1~5 and both Xtreme's contain capsules.

you guys are lucky someone gives you these tips free. when the games first came out, I actually had to call the CAPCOM hotline in order to get these secrets. $.99/minute and my bill came to like $60.00

@YuyoDrift Ahh, the times before the internet was around. I had to wait for my dad to go to Office Max or some place like that, and then I'd wait for him at the magazine section while trying to memorize as much of the Nintendo Power as I could. I still remember memorizing the godmode and clipping codes for Doom and eventually writing them on my hand.
