i own a 2006 acura tl 6mt, but hopefully would love to own this bad boy but in 6mt

The 6spd stick TL or the '11model w/ new 6AT tranny are both faster in straight line than Maxima, and Maxima is smaller car!
On a track, Maxima has no chance in HELL of keeping up w/ an awd TL.
Car n Driver tested TL against Audi's NEW S4 with torque vectoring AWD and
nearly 40hp more and it BARELY kept ahead of the TL...and S4 is much smaller.
Maxima isn't even close, wrong class. Thats why no published comparison.

@abenanti Looks are subjective, Maxima is better looking in my view.
And have you checked quality on the Acura's lately? They have slipped big time in quality...nothing like the Acura quality of the 1990's.
