thankyou so much for making this video. im 14 and due to have my operation in a few months at this hospital too!! what did it feel like when you woke up after surgery? did you have tubes down your nose? thanks x

when i woke up i was really groggy like after you faint. to be honest i cnt really remember that much of it in icu lol...but i remember the tube being taken out from my throat, it didnt hurt at all but you have to hold your breath but the people who take it out are very very nice and understand and you can write on paper as many questions as you want, you have to write because you cant talk with the tube in your mouth.

When your awake your not really with it so dont remember

great video!! :) i had scoliosis surgery last year in april my curve was 85 dg. my mums always moaning at me for doing to much as well lol it felt great after the op to go shop for new clothes that fitted proberly. i also rember the first time i got out of bed made me feel like iwas going to pass out.

I only had morphine for two days coz it kept making me sick. I do not want to be rude but maybe i am just tougher than you. And i made this so i did not scare people, i am honest, some people do have a bad experience but not everyone. I did have it when i was 13 and it was not that big of a deal for me. You just had rare conditions and everyone has their lungs collpased in the operation.

i hv that get well soon balloon from my tounge operation. u are v brave i wouldnt have gone thorug with it, i am glad my scoliosis tests were negative u mucst have been really sacred? i have NEUROFIBROMATOSIS type one what means i can get scoliosis so.. i was scared and still am that i will get its i will never be ablen to ride again!
