Hi, sweetsacrafice90 . Thanks! :-) Well, I have four 80+ pound dogs that I play with and I carry their 50 pound bags of dog food. I do alot of physical work around my house (remodeling type stuff). Almost all of my past jobs were very physical (only one was an office job). I just like to move around alot - not alot of sitting still. I don't own any weights and I've never had a gym membership - although I DO recognize the benefits of weight lifting (in moderation). Just stay active & have fun!!
