The only supplment that works is MSM, if you take the pills it makes your nails and hair grow, but all your body hair, arm legs and just everywhere, take it for a month and you'll see. Its a natural sulfur. Now I just use the MSM powder, in a spray bottle with grapeseed oil and water, you get about .5 to .75 inch extra on you normal growth.

is that per year? in beauty school, we learned that hair only grows .25 to .5 inches a month.

but u r right about the msm. i did some research a while back and msm is the drug that lengthens ur growth time over ur shedding time. but i wasn't aware that it makes your hair grow faster

how do you really take care of relax hair?

same as natural. but basically its just moisturization and caring for your ends. i stil flatiron my hair because i like the shiny smooth flowy look and with a relaxer i just dont fill the need to constantly touch up my edges. if you have more detailed questions dont hesitate to email me
