Not to mention the fact that Aizen isn't a Hollow and didn't become one either. It would have been lame if he did. Especially since they're beneath him. I think it's funny how everyone is hatin' on this for being fake. Take a look at the date, 2009. Back then no one had any clue what was going to happen, and this is pretty badass regardless. I'd be more scared of Aizen this way than him turning into a giant butterfly.
