It means that she never hit the 8 octave but the middle 7 octave yes.

In this intro she did one of her best vocals of her entire carrer. So many amazing runs, so subtles like at 3:21. Great range, great body, great face, unique tone, her upper chest register actually sounded super clear, Charmbracelet was a masterpiece, It´s a shame that that the quality of all the videos sucks!
