Alot of drummers now try to show that they can imitate Buddy Rich,but from an early age with his parents in Vaudevile he realised that you had to also give them a visual show of the drums..alot of drummers just want to be fast...shame really

I don't know anything about drums, but Eric Fischer appears very efficient. His torso has very little movement which I assume to interprete to illustrate a 'relaxed' musculature. Does anyone know just how important that is?

WOW that is incredible, I cant believe what I've stumbled upon! This is from the movie "Las Vegas Nights" ...am I correct ? If it is I havejust seen the earliest filmed drum solo of Buddy Rich!! That was amazing! I also am bowing down to Eric also for his tribute of buddy. Is this solo transcribed? WOW :-) I'm going to watch it again!
