rich, it's illegal by the US army's standards to kill someone on the battlefield except in circumstances of immediate self-defence. That's why Peter's comments are immoral. We don't know what exactly this Khadr did or didn't do--UNTIL WE HAVE A TRIAL. This guy's saying let's do away with law and justice and kill at first site. That's immoral. Not complicated.
