@MartialExpert With all due respect to Bruce Lee, we are not all mechanically the same, just ask a physician. I think what he was trying to communicate in Tao of Jeet Kune Do was we have potential to maximize our strength and energy, and to extend our physical boundaries to realize our potential.

@buildingbodies, Well done on the video sir. I do these on a daily basis. I hold in the middle for a minute and then I go back down. I am trying to get better. Thank you for showing this.

thank you soooooo much! sir you r a very good teacher u explained to me perfectly. now i can finally attempt to do what my life long mentor has accomplished( bruce lee accomplishing elevated v sit for 30 min or more).

hehe these aren't hard though. it excesises but all i can say is ...oh ballet. we do these for 10 min. everyday before class :))))
You're chiropractor is going to making enough money to buy himself a really expensive car, a mansion and put his children through school....
These are the worst exercises you can do. They are ineffective, ill efficient and they are absolutely horrible on your back.
At least you will be paying through your noise when it is time to see the chiropractor.
