A judge ordered a blood-alcohol test for a defense lawyer who was slurring his words, then declared a mistrial after declaring him too tipsy to argue a kidnapping case. @LazyMan9000 I think that he was so fucking drunk that he didn't know what he was saying or have enough "brain power" ability to know he had to many and just call in sick! I also think they (the court) know that he is drunk because if they believed he had a head injury they would have sent him to the hospital right away!

@afterapplepicking 0.075 is a lot, anywhere the law is 0.08 is pretty lenient and should reduce their limits. 0.03 is enough, plenty to kill people.
