Not sure if you are asking me: StarVenus1982 or GaelicStormFan or MTStingray. If its me, I was in the band but I graduated. The above video was my first year out of band. I dedicated 7 yrs to this group and would not have changed a thing. It was the best time I've had in my life.

are you in the band ?
-
Not sure what we wear...
-
Lol, we just wear plain jet black drill masters shoes.
-
We might! But I just learned we aren't wearing red converse hitops. :( Oh well!
-
Will do, perhaps we will run into eachother.
-
Ok. Look for flute players in Black, Red, and Silver wearing red Converse hi-tops(show shoes...) That'll be my band!
-
You can always hope! Maybe we'll meet next year, if the music festival is in the same place? If we do go to the same festival next year, look out for sousaphone players, specifically sousaphone players wearing blue and black uniforms, with white clad drum majors. That would be my band.
-
Yeah. I can't wait! I think our theme next year is the Nightmare Before Christmas. And for halloween this year, our drum major wore a Jack Skellington costume! I wonder if he will use it?

Awesome!
No pit? That's surprising. It still kicks ass though. Can't w8 till I march tuba in college!

In college, a pit is very rare, the only bands I know of who have one are Arizona State and Oregon. At K-State what happens is if you were pit in HS they'll put you on the cymbal line unless you can do quads, snare, and bass, then they might put you there. I don't know why college doesn't use pit, my guess is because on gameday it is go go go and there's no time to move a pit, that and we march in rain and snow, unless there's lightning, so they would get damaged more than other instruments.
