@bravaru Ha!!! But that's why it's an intstructional video, for people learning the deadlift and not a PB attempt!

Mark I would like to commend you on an excellent video. I was a big time gym rat from the age of 18 to about 30. I was born with a CHD (congenital heart defect) and had to stop lifting. I now partner with a young man who is into crossfit and together we host a group on Facebook called CHD Athletes, where we try to inspire people with CHD to exercise to stay healthy and happy. I posted your video, because it focuses on form and not the weight. Our group focuses on low weight, high rep work outs.

@MyPerformanceCoach ha ha!! always!!

@MarkRaynsfordPT They never will :P ... You know when you're in the gym and you see two sets of people... the ones working on technique and skills, and the ones risking breaking their spines just to prove to their friends who can heft the heaviest weight whilst "impressing" the girls? I think that sums it up ;-)

@MyPerformanceCoach Thankyou! I don't think they "get it" though?!! :-)

@Uzzi56 The video is all about teaching correct technique, not showing off how much you can lift :P

@Uzzi56 JUST another 30kg?! Easy! But you're missing the point...this is an instructional for those learning the deadlift, not a PB attempt....but thanks!
I can't believe all the meat-heads on here waving their e-penises around at a helpful instructional video. Way to go, internet tough guys.
