  • my senses are vibrating like the strings on a guitar....

  • @JohnEBMcC You are sooo right !!!!

  • Poetry and music that become so important as life becomes more and more complex years after they were composed! While so much of Bruce's music is timeless, the brilliant tracks from "High Winds, White Sky" truly reach out across time and space!

  • First saw Bruce in the late 60"s. The electric circus was closing down in toronto. There was a 1-2 week closing down ceremony and many artist came by to fill the stage. None filled it as well as Bruce did , alone with a guitar and a little pony tail. Looked too young to be up there playing and singing, then when he started ,well , I wished that he would never stop. I have included his words and music in my journey. My 21 year old daughter appreciates his work as well. Thanks Bruce. Stay healthy.

  • song came out approx. 40 years ago ,feels like today!!!!

  • Poets can express thoughts and experiences science can never grasp or understand

  • @roblistens ..but there is naught more beautiful than a cactus flower in the badlands.

  • If you have the ability to create something artistically(music, poetry, illustration, ect) NEVER stop doing that. You might not get rich or become famous but that is a gift from God not to be wasted. Someday, somehow, it will mean something to someone. Take this as an encouragement or a kick in the ass.

  • Bruce is nothing short of a poetic prodigy as well as a musical genius. Thank U Canada for sharing this talent with the rest of the world.

  • A classic song. A Canadian tradition. Paddling a canoe. Simple pleasures that really do have meaning.
