Hi Everyone! I hope these videos help you to control your acne. After suffering with acne for 10 years, I finally found a routine and products that assist my skin to heal itself and prevent it from breaking out. Please comment below with your favorite products and how you have managed to control your acne.

A.M. Routine:
1)Wash face with cool water and gently apply one pump of Aqua Glycolic (purchased from Amazon) or Skinactives Salicylic Wash and pat it dry with SOFT wash cloth.

2) Apply serum or skip & apply foundation primer if skin is really oily. There are many good serums out there, some I'm using are Skinactives Collagen Serum, SilkNaturals Facelift Serum or Oil Control Serum. Then apply Foundation Primer like RoC Brilliance.
P.M. Routine
3) Wash your face at night using luke warm water. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is excellent for eye-makeup remover. Spot Treat acne with a blemish fighter such as AcneFree Terminator Benzoyl Peroxide and Origins Spot Remover.

4) Apply a light non-greasy night serum or lotion of choice.

Masks: I like Burt Bees green french mask a lot but couldn't find it for this video.
Origins Clear Improvement mask (for Oily skin only). I also like Biore nose strips.

Scrub: Derma e Microdermabrasion Scrub

Peel: You can look up www.skinlaboratory.com for their variety of different skin peels.

Note: These active ingredients in serums/face cleaners/spot treatments/etc. will start to die out within a few months to a year, so use it up before it isn't effective any longer.

FDC: I have paid for all these products and am not affiliated with any of them.
