2011 Fall Registration

TO REGISTER:
1. Go to www.eayso.org and complete the online application.
2. Bring 1 printed copy of the form(s) and fee(s) to one of the designated registration sessions.
WHEN?
Sunday, April 3th *Discounted Registration Fees*
2:00-6:00 pm
Saturday, April 16th *Discounted Registration Fees*
2:00-6:00 pm
Saturday, May 7th *Full Registration Fees*
2:00-6:00 pm
FEES:

Discounted fees of $110 for the first child, $105 for the second child, $100 for the third child with a maximum family fee of $315 will be offered on April 3rd and April 16th. Registration on May 7h will be subject to the full fee of $115, $110, and $105 with a family maximum of $330.

The fee for registration after May 7th will be $150 and the player will be put on a waiting list with no guarantee for team
