Thats right, why is it so hard to accept? There are paintings and reliefs from that period that depict them as a very light brown skinned race with Nubian and Semitic slaves. Not just from Egypt either but from many civilizations depicting the Egyptian civilization of the time.

The proof is already there from that very same race themselves. So I wonder the same thing, why is it so hard to accept that they werent black

@gambleyourhealth Okay..I'm confused by your statement. If Egypt is in Africa, how can Egyptians(excluding the invaders) not be black/African anymore? Africans are all shades of brown, have an array of eye colors, hair textures and color. Lets be real here. It is plain and simple. Why is it so hard to accept? Egypt is Africa and everythinbg that is in it including the original/ancient Egyptians(not the modern Egyptians we see there today) :)

But they werent black. Neither were they white.

There are thousands and thousands of statues, paintings, depictions and reliefs that show what they were.

How many tribes of african are there out there. A white British person can be born and raise in africa and still be considered an african. But, that doesn't mean his heritage is african. Everyone is so identified with some freekin tribe or another. How about just the human race.
