@LeBigBangTheory - It's the secular leftist atheist that is being overcome by muslims in Europe because they can't understand the "enemy" that Lewis refers to in the video. Atheists believe rationality will save the day. But people are not totally rational. Once the muslim mob shows up at the atheist's door to behead them (muslims hate atheists more than they hate Jews), it will be to late to do something about it.

@vonsmith - I don't believe you can just hope, as some today believe, that islam will just go away, and that rationality and good will will save Western Civilization. The muslims have always surged when they are powerful and retreated when they are stood up to. The West is strong now, but islam is on the move. A strategic policy of "containment" like the one which defeated the Soviet Union, should be instituted.

@TroloIol - Don't be so sure. Few people will die for atheism. Many are willing to die for the god of their choice. I am a pretty lapsed Catholic, haven't been to church in decades. But I recognize that culturally, I am a christian with a small "c". I despise islam and feel it is the greatest threat to Western Civilization today. Read Mary Steyn's book "America Alone". You will see that demographic forces alone favor a muslim takeover of Europe, and perhaps, the world.

@vonsmith Non-religion will triumph in the end. Several European nations are already majority atheistic and that number is growing fast. The more enlightened a society becomes, the more religion is left out. Islam won't stand a chance in Europe.
