Another great systemic exercise. The Kettle bell swing uses many of the whole body muscle groups (not all...Many).

  • @tnlvcr The short answer is NO! Now, I've heard this said often however, the mechanical usage is FAR different and as such the comparison makes no sense. there are no doubt "some" crossover value, but not nearly enough to suggest it is "the same". Notwithstanding the KBS uses a lot of muscle groups...from the quads and glutes...up through the shoulders.

  • Does this really use the same muscles as pull ups do? Will it help to progress to pull ups?
