As someone who has seen this band (Indian Ocean) perform live and met them personally a few times, I feel sad about Asheem's passing. He was one musical genius and such an awesome and generous human being.
RIP Asheem. You will be missed.

so buddy you have the very right alphabets but what does it mean?? not that i am very very keen on the meaning,, i have been able to go without the meaning for 8 years now and can do without them for a long time to come...but was just wondering...in fact now i wonder if these buggers themselves know what the damn meaning is. i think even they got no fucking clue... or at least thats what i figure

indian ocean is the best fusion band ... it's divine, what they do with their music. it brings me closer to myself and my inner being. wish they were doing more stuff like this!
