Actually, palectimatology has always dealt with global change. Holdrens theory were a direct correlation between man's impact on the planet. The actual involving climate change in extremis is a lot older, but Holdren just tagged it on to us for our current change.

The planets temperature always changes, sometimes to the extreme. Whether you believe it is us doing it or not is a different subject. But it has happened.

60 + years? Holdren originally said we would enter an ice age and an iceberg would create a title wave that would wipe out all coastal cities. Then said we would have warming. Now we have climate change. Tied to this are treaties that require US and others to pay taxes and payments other countries. Also we give up our severity and our freedom for this. So ask yourself is this for warming or for power. If you are a communist then I understand why you like Global warming.
