This screen capture proves that the Chevy Idiots saying that the 2013 GT-R's 7:21 damp lap wasn't a full lap are BALD FACED LIARS. Look at the timer on the GT-R, it says 3 seconds and it says 00.00.23 on the ZR1. This proves that the starting point was different.
