Being a Yankee fan, my opinion is that Michael Kay is just alright, there are broadcasters who are far worse like Joe Buck and Tim McCarver, and who are far better like Ken Singleton, and Bob Lorenz is pretty good too, I just wish Lorenz would do a game with someone other than John Flaherty who I can't stand..

@birdmantd thats cool...i'm just going by that show i see sometime centerstage and how he announces games...then again all those announcers have a phoney voice and act a certain way...good to hear he's ok in person.

He's really annoying to listen to on TV. Ken Singleton is way better, and I would know because I'm a Yankees fan.
