On page 522 of David Fromkin's best-selling and scholarly work A Peace to End All Peace, he outlines how Prince Feisal and Chaim Weizmann worked out a deal where the Jewish people would buy crap land and try and get it to produce food (via irrigation etc.). The Jews literally turned that crap land into gold, and, in addition, subsequently, the Arab absentee land owners sold Jewish people huge tracts of good land at exorbitant prices. Arab Muslims wanted to steal back the land in '48.

Your video omits a very important issue. The "Balfour Declaration" also brought the United States into WW i against Germany. Not only were the Jews promised a homeland that year, but the USA attacked Germany in 1917 also. In Chaim Weizmann's letters to Churchill he asks for Churchills support for a Jewish homeland and wrote to Churchill that Jews brought the USA into WW I against Germany and they can do it again for WW II.
