4) It does not make sense that you compare other companies in different countries where by fact the definition of minority is not justified to the US population. oh and before you attack my english, well, i speak two languages and english isn't my first language, it is in fact, Spanish. So if you have a problemm with, i would be happy to switch to Spanish since i speak it perfectly but i doubt you are capable of speaking any other language, that is for smart, educated people.

oh an also, around the world, the majority of CEO are not white, meaning from your point of view, they are a minority, in two words, in the world wide arena, most CEO are NOT white, so you are saying the dark skin CEO hold their jobs because they are dark skin? that does not make any sense. maybe if you ever travel outside of the USA and take a look as such bright Latin American minds such many of our presidents, attorneys , doctors, politicians and CEO , to name a few, in Brazil, Perú, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Panamá, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Cuba, etc, you would think out of your little box

Fourth, in the case of Doctor Ruiz, he has an extensive experience and education on the field. If he has done a good job or a bad jod are not grounds to dismiss his past achievement, there is a reason why he became a CEO in the first place right?

first, I am not Mexican, if you ever see a map, you would know Latin America has more than 22 countries.

Second, I never said he is a genious I said that for someone who has not even a high school diploma, it is ridicuolous to criticize others with such high education.
