  • sorry there is no audio, that was a conscious decision on my part

  • the thing with that last shot was that it was not created for this episode, that shot was ported over from 'devil in the dark' i believe, and only the last half of that beauty pan, was shown

  • thanks, i'll be creating one each week, so be sure and check back

  • @destructive1 I rather have no audio. It is annoying hearing parts cut in and out anyway.

  • @SamualShark couldn't have said it better myself.thanx

  • As a kid in the 70's I had this space station as a model . I also had spock shooting a phaser at a 3 headed snake . I put a piece of dry spaghetti glued to the gun and snakes head .I painted the pasta beam red .It looked awesome . I wonder what these would be worth today .A lot I bet .

  • Why would the ships be circling the base?

  • Nice 3d modeling! Far better than what was used during the original run of the series...even LoSt IN SPAce had far better special effects than Star Trek did back then.

  • I say get both versions and have the best of both worlds. The price has come way down. It was a nice attempt to do for Trek what Lucas did for the original Star Wars Trilogy. I'm not crazy about all the new SFX but then again, I didn't care for Kirk to meet his end falling off of a bridge in Generations. What are you gonna do? This is part of Trek history now.

  • i have the season 1 box set now (the hd one) and now i see how it works. but 8 months ago all i had where these clips, and without sound they could be fan made.

  • The sounds, etc are the exact same as the original.

  • I actually like it, and if I had the extra money, I would buy the remastered series, don't get me wrong the original is nice as well, but in this day and age, the remastering fits right in.

  • I can see why there are so many of these on my local Best Buy shelf. I have to say that after viewing Enterprise's attempt at TOS, DS9's attempt at TOS, and TOS-R, I like Enterprise's take the best, DS9's second, and this cheap CGI dead last. I don't know how See B.S. Digital got the contract but it was not proven to be the right decision. At least for me. Set returned.
