  • are you kidding me?!..a 250 peso budget? it's not even enough for a sink!...what can you expect from a 65-150 sq m floor area, a lavish bathroom? and that's why their target market are for growing families or those who want some peace from the busy city/ies. but if it's true that for 2 years w/o electricity and water, well you're impressive to have survived for such a long time; but i was bothered by the no security and no title deeds, anyhow.

  • When viewing a Crown Asia showhouse, you should observe a tiny, carefully worded notice, stating: "....the house you purchase may differ in some detail from this display property." Some detail? Every detail!! Engineers working for Crown Asia in Cebu are allowed a budget of 250 pesos, or about five to six US Dollars to fit out the kitchen!!! A similar figure being allowed for the bathroom. Now look again at this commercial......no wonder Crown Asia just love that overworked word "affordable".

  • thanks for the heads up!

  • What does Crown Asia says regarding the issue?

  • Don't even think about it!! Please, please don't be fooled like we were.......

  • Yes, the advertising is impressive. It's a pity that so many people are suckered by such material, though, isn't it? Crown Asia pitch their houses at a price level that attracts OFW's, naive foreigners, and Filipinos not rich enough to afford a proper house, on a proper sub-division. We suffered two year's of hell on a Crown Asia sub-division -- with no electricity, no water, no security, and NO TITLE DEEDS!

  • Im impressed with this video advert. Can you show some more houses with 4/5 and the sizes of each room please.
