I'm a member of a group that practices mainland Japanese wadaiko, but there is an Okinawa-style group in our state that we are friends with.

Could someone explain the guys with the fans. What is their purpose, who do they represent? Fill me in, please. (^_^)

Eisa is different in both the song and the dance every village.
The style of oldest Eisa seems to be quieter.
This Eisa is a style of modern times.

I will probably be posting more videos from the Tomonokai in the future, so if you want to know when new videos are posted, you should subscribe to my videos. I'm also working on a series about visiting Okinawa. You should check it out. I have 11 videos done out of 25. I just finished Churaumi aquarium.
