I was scared to watch this and really didnt want to. kinda reminds me of Joe Theismans leg getting popped.

I blew my acl and tore my myniscus and after surgery and pt I still squat today, ed coan is what chuck norris checks under his bed for.

@AmericanEuro1 wrong.. he blew an ACL and still came back and later about a year or 2 later squated over 1,000 lbs...

@dnj86 he dropped that weight which is around 900lbs+.. the spotters cant react fast enough for that drop..
