  • @MultiBrunolucas Making ad hominem attacks does not come across as intelligent. If you have issue with some of the claims of statements in the video point out what they are, and why you disagree

  • is this prick on crack or some shit

  • @rleuchak The statement is broadbrush but the basis is arguably factual, if Eurocentric. Having said that, I'm on Derrick Jensen's side on this one. These solutions are necessary but not sufficient to change the fundamentally abusive basis of the dominant culture.

  • Response to rleuchak... the limits of a 15 minute video impose all sorts of things. Most of Europe was lacking in intellectual brilliance from the period 400 to 1100AD, or any kind of brilliance, come to that. So I never intended to suggest that the Renaissance was the beginning of human progress for even one nano-second.

I would trace progress from Palaeolithic to Neolithic to China, Babylon, India, Egypt, Greece, Rome, the Muslim/Arab world, and then Europe. Plus civilizations everywhere...

  • This guy's opening romp through history is flawed by the all too common misperception that the Renaissance was the beginning of real human progress!

"Pulled ourselves out of the murkey dark medieval period when our minds were not really working properly..."! Wow! What an idiotic statement!

  • This guy (excuse the pun) is waaay ahead of his time right now. The world might have to catch up with him pretty quick though. courdeleon has a point, i'm typing this in sept, its been here since jan and only 2195 views. Gotta start somewhere i s'pose.

  • Exactly what I think but I am not sure we humans can do this. After all this has had only a little over 2 thousand views and Hollywood gossip entries get millions...Humans, they just don't get it:(

  • this does sound a little bit like what people would classify as NWO thinking, but in truth, this needs to happen for our earth to heal :) obviously this will work, if the people in power today gracefully give it up to people who will do much better at running this world. the power is in our hands people

  • amazing little song at the end <3

  • Brilliant!!!
