Chinchillas are usually more on the shy side. Just keep handling her but not too much cuz that can really stress them out.

you should get a wheel that has a solid base made from metal with no central axle and is at least 14" best ones are chin spins or silver surfers. please no one buy a wheel that looks like that your chin will end up damaging its spine

@zfdtscsfxdsxgt Rodents tend to do that. Here's a novel idea, clean up after it...and then you can take it out the next day and not have it running around in it's on fecal matter.

hi! hello i have a problem! lol you see ive picked up pinecones open and clean ones from the floor when i was hiking.now i follow to put them in the warm water with vinegar yet we dont have vinegar now.so i took them back out and now their ALL CLOSED o.o what am i suppose to do? do they open back again?
